Call outs and service

24/7, 365 days a year with UK-wide coverage from our two operations centres
All calls and engineers tracked and managed through the state-of the-art Mercury Service Management System

Preventative maintenance plans to minimise lift failure
Automatic prioritisation of trap-ins

Maintenance is all about prevention rather than cure. Apollo's maintenance schedules are especially designed to try to reduce the incidence of lift failure - a lift that is well looked after will be far less likely to break down or suffer a major, and a very expensive, mechanical fault. However, even in the best regulated situations, lifts do break down. That is why clients have access to a network of highly experienced engineers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Urgent action is met with an urgent response, fast reaction times ensuring that you never have to suffer too much downtime and inconvenience as a result of a lift being out of action. Apollo operates a 24 hour hotline, so you are reassuringly never more than a call away from assistance.

All calls are logged and tracked via the Mercury Service Management Systems so ensuring we have a complete audit trail of response times, recorded faults, attending engineers and other pertinent data. Clients signed up to the Digital Dashboard can access real-time call data, including an ‘engineer to site’ countdown and call status overview.
