Call-outs, servicing and repairs are all controlled through Mercury, optimising response times, engineer performance, project management and client information. Field engineers can interact seamlessly with the system via their Pocket Plutos, GPRS-equipped handheld devices that enable them to update, close and take new calls as well as process service visits. Clients are also able to access real-time data on calls, servicing and repairs plus wealth of management reports through the Digital Dashboard, a fast, secure portal accessible via a simple Internet connection.
